Annual Fire Safety Statements

In 2017, the NSW Government introduced reforms through the EPA&Regulation 2000 to strengthen fire safety certification for new and existing buildings. Further legislative changes in July 2020 affected building owners, developers, and certifiers, with the commencement of the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018 which confirmed the role of an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) with regards to AFSS. The new reforms confirm that an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) must assess, inspect and verify the performance standard of each fire safety measure that applies to the building. We have a team of FPAS Accredited Practitioners (Fire Safety) who can carry out a site assessment and endorse your essential fire safety measures on your annual fire safety statement for lodgment with your local council and Fire & Rescue NSW.

Supply & Installation

We have become the go-to company for the supply and installation of portable fire equipment & fire detection, alarm, alert and evacuation systems. FFP has been engaged by several large construction companies as well as other fire protection companies to design, supply, and install portable fire equipment in new builds and renovated buildings all across NSW. Recent works include multiple NSW Hospital new builds/upgrades all over NSW, large shopping complexes, multi-million dollar mixed commercial, retail & residential developments, and much more.

We have also moved into the dry fire (detection & alarm systems) repairs and installations so our clients now enjoy our extremely competitive pricing for all their dry fire needs.

System Upgrades

FFP have recently been engaged by several clients to upgrade their existing fire detection and alarm systems. From residential smoke alarms, to conventional and addressable detection systems, if it is time for an upgrade... we can help.

Repairs/Rectification Works

Have you been told your extinguishers are "OUT OF DATE?" Have you been told they are due for their 5 yearly pressure test and that it is cheaper to "JUST BUY A NEW ONE?" That is just not true. Unfortunately, our industry has turned to replacing extinguishers every 5 years as it is easier. This has created a huge waste issue with all the "condemned" extinguishers. We can carry out the pressure testing every 5 years at a much cheaper rate than a new extinguisher. Did you know you need to be a certified test station to be able to pressure test Co2 extinguisher cylinders? Fairdeal Fire Protection Pty Ltd is an SAI Global (Australian Standards) Certified Test Station and can help you save money and help the environment at the same time.

Block Plans

Fairdeal Fire can assist you with designing, developing & supplying dry and wet fire block plans. So whether it is a fire detection and alarm system, fire hydrant system, or sprinkler system, we can assist you with a professional and client-branded block plan.
